Services
Security operations that see the attack before the damage.
Managed detection and response, vulnerability management, identity, incident response and compliance, delivered as one security program.
Managed Security
What this covers.
Security tools generate alerts; security operations decide which ones matter and act on them at three in the morning. We run that operation for you: detection engineered for your environment, analysts who triage and respond around the clock, testing that finds weaknesses before an attacker does, and a compliance program that turns the same controls into the evidence auditors and customers ask for.
-
24/7 SOC and MDR
Threats detected, triaged and contained around the clock. -
Vulnerability management and penetration testing
Weaknesses found, ranked and fixed before an attacker finds them. -
Identity and Zero Trust
Identity, access and Zero Trust built as the control plane. -
Email, endpoint and cloud security
Phishing, malware and cloud misconfiguration stopped at the source. -
Incident response
A team on call when something goes wrong, and a plan before it does. -
Governance, risk and compliance
ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, DORA and PCI DSS readiness, evidenced.
Start from the problem
Which of these sounds like your week?
Choose a situation and see the service that starts there, with what it includes.
- Security alerts arrive by email and are reviewed when someone has time.
- An EDR or SIEM was bought, but nobody has the hours to tune it or watch it.
- Scans produce thousands of findings, and the list never shrinks.
- A customer or regulator requires an annual penetration test.
- Some applications still have their own passwords, outside single sign-on.
- Administrator accounts are shared, or used for daily work.
- Phishing emails reach inboxes, and staff report them inconsistently.
- Endpoint protection is installed, but its policies are still the defaults.
- There is an incident response plan, but it has never been rehearsed.
- Nobody knows which regulatory notification deadlines would apply.
- A customer security questionnaire arrived, and you cannot answer half of it confidently.
- A certification or attestation is due, and the evidence does not exist yet.
Choose the situation that sounds most like yours.

A common path
From unknown exposure to evidence an auditor accepts.
- Vulnerability management and penetration testing Find out what is exposed, and which of it an attacker would use first. Open the service
- Identity and Zero Trust Harden the identities and privileged accounts that most attacks now go through. Open the service
- 24/7 SOC and MDR Watch the estate around the clock, with the responses agreed before they are needed. Open the service
- Governance, risk and compliance Turn the controls now in place into the evidence customers and auditors ask to see. Open the service
Each step is bought on its own, and you can start at any of them.
Reference architecture
From every signal to one response, and the evidence for the audit.
Telemetry from endpoints, identity, email, cloud and network is correlated in one place, triaged by analysts around the clock, contained fast, and turned into the evidence your auditors ask for.
A click becomes an isolated device and a reset identity, not a breach.
An exposure is found, ranked by real risk, fixed and shown as fixed.
A confirmed compromise moves to incident response, recovery and a written account.
Evidence is collected as the work happens, not the week before the auditor arrives.
Outcomes
What changes.
-
Fewer, better alerts
Detection rules are tuned to your environment and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, so analysts spend their time on activity that matters.
-
Response in minutes, not mornings
Analysts contain confirmed threats under pre-agreed playbooks, isolating a host or disabling an account without waiting for a business day.
-
Evidence as a by-product
The same monitoring, testing and access reviews produce the evidence ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2 and your customers ask for.
Detect, contain, recover and learn, with the same engineers throughout.
Commercials
How engagements run.
Three commercial shapes, and none of them is an hourly meter.
-
It starts with a paid assessment
Anything carrying real technical risk begins with a fixed-fee technical assessment, one to three days, producing a written findings document and a scoped fixed price for the build.
-
Fixed price for defined scope
Once the scope is known from your systems rather than from a conversation, the build is priced as a fixed figure, with the assumptions it depends on written down alongside it.
-
Monthly retainer for operations
Ongoing operational ownership runs on a monthly retainer against an agreed service level, so the cost of running a system is a number you can plan against.

Questions
Questions we get asked.
Do you replace our security tools?
Not by default. We work with the EDR, SIEM and identity platforms you already license where they are fit for purpose, and recommend changes only where a gap cannot be closed by configuration.
What happens when you detect an attack at night?
An analyst triages it and, if it is confirmed, contains it under the playbook agreed with you: isolating an endpoint, disabling an account or blocking a connection. Your named contacts are called according to severity, and the written record follows.
Can you help us get certified?
We prepare you for certification and attestation, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials and others. The certificate or report itself comes from an accredited independent body, which is how it keeps its value.
Are you independent enough to test what you operate?
For internal assurance, yes. Where a regulator, an auditor or a customer needs independent testing, we recommend a separate testing firm and work alongside it, because a test that is not independent should not be presented as one.

The stack
Where one layer meets the next, one team owns the seam.
Managed Security is the highlighted layer. Integration connects it to the other six, so work here is planned with the layers around it in view.
