Who we are

An integrator that also runs what it builds.

Who we are.

Expandware is an enterprise systems integrator and managed services provider. We design, build, secure and run the technology organizations depend on: data centers and GPU clusters, networks, cloud platforms, security operations, the integrations that make systems agree, AI in production and the software on top. Clients across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Gulf and Pakistan work with one accountable team rather than a chain of specialist vendors.

Why we exist.

Enterprise technology is usually bought in pieces: a hardware supplier, a network contractor, a cloud partner, a security provider and a software agency, each accountable for its own layer and none for the whole. We were built to be accountable for the whole. Senior people lead every engagement, one lead stays with it from design to operation, and our security discipline is set by a government framework rather than by a policy we wrote ourselves.

How we are structured.

Expandware Private Limited, incorporated in Pakistan and certified as a Special Technology Zone Enterprise, delivers every engagement and is the company most clients contract with. Clients in the United States contract with Expandware Corporation, a Delaware corporation. Both are a matter of public record, and the Trust Center links each one to the register it can be checked against before you sign anything.

Every registration here links to the register that holds it.

HOW WE WORK

Four phases, every engagement.

  • Discovery and Architecture

We start with the business objective, not the technical brief. Discovery produces a validated architecture, a milestone plan, and explicit acceptance criteria before significant budget is committed.

  • 24-Hour Onboarding

Once contracted, your project is live in our tracker, your team is in a dedicated workspace, and credentials are securely exchanged within one business day.

  • Build and Iterate

Senior engineers deliver against milestones with weekly status reporting and a formal review window for every deliverable, so there are no surprises at handover.

  • Handover and Ongoing Partnership

Every engagement closes with full documentation, a structured knowledge transfer, and a 30-to-90-day warranty period. Many clients continue into a managed services retainer.
