Services

Software built to be operated, not just launched.

Product engineering, application modernization, web and mobile, and DevOps, by the team that also runs the infrastructure underneath.

Engineering

What this covers.

Engineering completes the stack. Because the same company designs the network, runs the cloud and watches the security of what it builds, software is written with its operation in mind: observable, secure by default, documented and handed over in a state your own team can maintain. We build new products, modernize old ones and make delivery itself faster and safer.

Reference architecture

From commit to production, and back again when it breaks.

Every change is reviewed, tested and shipped through one pipeline, released progressively behind flags, watched in production, and owned by the people who can fix it.

Outcomes

What changes.

  • Built for the day after launch

Tests, observability, security scanning and runbooks are part of the build, so the software can be operated by whoever inherits it.

  • Modernized in increments

Legacy systems are replaced piece by piece behind stable interfaces, so the business keeps running while the platform changes underneath.

  • Code you own

Source, documentation and infrastructure definitions transfer to you on payment, with a structured handover.

Shipped with the pipelines, dashboards and runbooks to run it.

Commercials

How engagements run.

Three commercial shapes, and none of them is an hourly meter.

  • It starts with a paid assessment

Anything carrying real technical risk begins with a fixed-fee technical assessment, one to three days, producing a written findings document and a scoped fixed price for the build.

  • Fixed price for defined scope

Once the scope is known from your systems rather than from a conversation, the build is priced as a fixed figure, with the assumptions it depends on written down alongside it.

  • Monthly retainer for operations

Ongoing operational ownership runs on a monthly retainer against an agreed service level, so the cost of running a system is a number you can plan against.

Questions

Questions we get asked.

Do you only build, or also run what you build?

Both. Because the same company operates cloud, networks and security, we can run what we build under a managed service, or hand it to your team with everything they need. The choice is yours, and it can change later.

Can you work alongside our developers?

Yes. We work in your repositories, follow your conventions and pair with your engineers, so knowledge stays with your team rather than leaving with ours.

Which technologies do you build with?

Established ones: TypeScript, React and Node.js, Python, Go and .NET, with native and cross-platform mobile where each fits. We choose tools your next hire will already know.

How do you keep a build on budget?

Fixed scope is priced fixed, milestones have written acceptance criteria, and changes are priced when they are requested rather than absorbed silently.

What happens next

  1. You pick the time

We schedule the call at your convenience, not around our pipeline.

  2. Thirty minutes, with an engineer

A direct answer on what we would do and whether we are the right fit at all.

  3. A written assessment

A technical assessment and proposal, and the document is yours either way.
