Services
Cloud, from the first migration to the most regulated workload.
Strategy and migration, managed AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, hybrid and private cloud, Kubernetes, FinOps and sovereign cloud.
Cloud
What this covers.
Cloud is not one decision. A company moving its first workloads needs a landing zone and a plan; one running hundreds needs cost attribution, platform engineering and operations at scale; a regulated one needs residency, key custody and an exit plan a supervisor will accept. We work across that whole range, on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and private platforms, and we operate what we build.
-
Cloud strategy and migration
Landing zones and migrations sequenced around what cannot pause. -
Managed AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
Cloud estates operated to a service level, with every cost owned. -
Hybrid and private cloud
VMware alternatives, private cloud and hybrid estates done properly. -
Kubernetes and platform engineering
Kubernetes and internal platforms that make delivery safe and fast. -
Cloud cost management (FinOps)
Cloud spend attributed, forecast and reduced without new risk. -
Sovereign and regulated cloud
Residency, key custody and exit plans for regulated workloads.
Start from the problem
Which of these sounds like your week?
Choose a situation and see the service that starts there, with what it includes.
- A data center lease, a hardware refresh or a VMware renewal is forcing a decision.
- Workloads were lifted into the cloud and now cost more than they did on premises.
- The engineers who built the cloud estate now spend their time running it.
- Changes are made in the console, and nobody can say what changed last week.
- A VMware renewal quote has made the current platform hard to justify.
- Steady, predictable workloads cost more in the public cloud than they would on owned hardware.
- Every team deploys differently, and every outage is investigated from scratch.
- Kubernetes clusters were built quickly, and nobody is confident upgrading them.
- The cloud bill grows every quarter, and nobody can say which workload is responsible.
- Finance receives the bill and engineering receives the blame.
- A regulator or customer requires data to stay in a specific country.
- Outsourcing rules require an exit strategy for every critical cloud service.
Choose the situation that sounds most like yours.

A common path
From a migration deadline to a cloud estate with an owner.
- Cloud strategy and migration Decide what moves and why, build the landing zone, and migrate in waves ordered by risk. Open the service
- Managed AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Run the estate to a written service level, with every change made through reviewed code. Open the service
- Cloud cost management (FinOps) Once usage settles, give every cost an owner and plan commitments on the numbers that remain. Open the service
Each step is bought on its own, and you can start at any of them.
Reference architecture
A cloud estate with one design, from the edge to the second region.
Traffic enters through a protected edge, workloads run on a landing zone with policy built in, data replicates to a second region, and every cost has an owner.
From a user to the data and back, filtered at the edge and measured all the way.
Data is already in the second region, and the edge moves traffic to it.
Policy decides where data may go before any workload can send it there.
Spend is attributed, reviewed and cut where the saving is real.
Outcomes
What changes.
-
An estate you can explain
Accounts, networks, identities and costs are structured so anyone can see what runs where, who owns it and what it costs.
-
Recovery that has been tested
Backups, failover and recovery objectives are designed from what the business can tolerate, then rehearsed before they are needed.
-
Freedom to leave
Infrastructure as code, open standards and documented exit plans keep the choice of provider yours.
The same standards on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and your own racks.
Commercials
How engagements run.
Three commercial shapes, and none of them is an hourly meter.
-
It starts with a paid assessment
Anything carrying real technical risk begins with a fixed-fee technical assessment, one to three days, producing a written findings document and a scoped fixed price for the build.
-
Fixed price for defined scope
Once the scope is known from your systems rather than from a conversation, the build is priced as a fixed figure, with the assumptions it depends on written down alongside it.
-
Monthly retainer for operations
Ongoing operational ownership runs on a monthly retainer against an agreed service level, so the cost of running a system is a number you can plan against.
Where it is bought
Cloud, by sector and region.
The sectors that ask for it most, and who you would contract with in each region.

Questions
Questions we get asked.
Which cloud should we use?
The one that fits the workload, your team and your constraints. We compare AWS, Azure and Google Cloud on the same terms, including what each would cost to leave, and we recommend a private or hybrid platform when that is the better answer.
Can you run our cloud environment for us?
Yes. Managed cloud covers monitoring, patching, backup, security posture, cost governance and change, against a written service level, with infrastructure as code in your repository so you are never locked to us.
What about the VMware licensing changes?
Many organizations are reassessing VMware after the Broadcom acquisition. We model the options, renewal, consolidation, another hypervisor such as Nutanix AHV, Proxmox or Hyper-V, or public cloud, and sequence whichever you choose around the workloads that cannot pause.
Can our data stay in one country?
Yes. Residency is designed in: regions, backups, keys and support access are placed where your law or your contracts require, and the design records how that is enforced.

The stack
Where one layer meets the next, one team owns the seam.
Cloud is the highlighted layer. Integration connects it to the other six, so work here is planned with the layers around it in view.
