Expandware United Kingdom
Managed IT and security for organizations across the United Kingdom.
Integration, cloud, networks and security operations for UK organizations, built to the frameworks UK buyers and regulators recognize.
United Kingdom
Working with Expandware in the United Kingdom.
UK organizations increasingly buy technology services against a named standard: Cyber Essentials Plus in a public sector tender, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework for an essential service, operational resilience rules for a regulated firm. We work to those frameworks as the definition of done, and we transfer personal data out of the UK only under the safeguards the UK GDPR requires.

Data
How data moves.
Personal data transferred from the United Kingdom to the delivery team in Pakistan is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses, agreed before the transfer happens. Data that does not need to leave your environment does not leave it.
Commercials
How engagements run.
Three commercial shapes, and none of them is an hourly meter.
-
It starts with a paid assessment
Anything carrying real technical risk begins with a fixed-fee technical assessment, one to three days, producing a written findings document and a scoped fixed price for the build.
-
Fixed price for defined scope
Once the scope is known from your systems rather than from a conversation, the build is priced as a fixed figure, with the assumptions it depends on written down alongside it.
-
Monthly retainer for operations
Ongoing operational ownership runs on a monthly retainer against an agreed service level, so the cost of running a system is a number you can plan against.
Questions
Questions from the United Kingdom.
Which company would we contract with?
Expandware Private Limited, incorporated in Pakistan and certified as a Special Technology Zone Enterprise. Its registration can be checked with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan before you sign anything.
How are UK GDPR transfers handled?
Pakistan has no UK adequacy decision, so personal data transferred to the delivery team is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum, with a transfer risk assessment. We design engagements so that as little personal data as possible needs to move at all.
Can you help us pass Cyber Essentials Plus?
Yes. We close the technical gaps the scheme tests, patching, configuration, malware protection, access control and boundary firewalls, and prepare the evidence for your certification body. The certificate itself is issued by an accredited certification body, not by us.
Do you cover UK business hours?
Yes. The working day overlaps by several hours, planned work is scheduled in your hours, and monitored services run around the clock with an agreed escalation path.
