Pick the result you need and see only the services that deliver it.
The stack
Where one layer meets the next, one team owns the seam.
Most enterprise technology is bought in layers, from a different vendor for each. We work at every layer, from GPU firmware to AI agents, and integration is the discipline that joins them into one system with one owner.
Why Expandware
Fewer handoffs. More accountability.
Large integrators win on scale and lose the thread between their own departments. We are built the other way round: senior people, one lead, and every layer understood by the team that runs it.
-
Senior people on every engagement
Every engagement is led by engineers with five or more years of production experience. No junior-led work, ever.
-
One lead, from design to operation
The person who scopes your work stays with it through the build and into operation, with a named backup.
-
A certified secure facility
Zero-phone production floors, biometric access and network-level DLP, audited under a government framework.
-
Confidential by default
Client work stays confidential, and a client is named only with their written approval.
-
A fixed price for defined scope
A paid assessment comes first, then a fixed price with its assumptions written down. No hourly meters.
-
Work product you own
Code, configuration, documentation and diagrams transfer to you on payment, with a structured handover and a warranty period.
Hardware, networks, cloud, security and software, run by one team.
How we work
Assess, design, build, run.
-
Assess
A fixed-fee assessment reads your systems and writes down what it finds.
-
Design
Architecture, scope and a fixed price, agreed before anything is built.
-
Build
Senior engineers deliver against milestones you can inspect.
-
Run
Operated to a written service level, or handed over in full.
Start with an assessment, not a retainer.
One to three days at a fixed fee. You get a written findings document you keep whatever you decide, and a fixed price for the build before you commit to it.
Regions
One company, wherever you are.
The services are the same everywhere. Each region home sets out the rules buyers there are held to, the company they contract with and the hours that overlap.

Senior engineers on the work, from the first call to the last report.
Industries
Where this work has to hold up.
Organized by what goes wrong in each sector, not by its name: the rules, the uptime and the audit trail the work has to survive.
Evidence
Proof, on the client's terms.
Client work is confidential by default.
Our client agreements carry confidentiality obligations, and we name a client only when they have approved it in writing. Where a client agrees, we arrange a reference conversation directly. Independent reviews are published by the platforms that verify them.
Commercials
How engagements run.
Three commercial shapes, and none of them is an hourly meter.
-
It starts with a paid assessment
Anything carrying real technical risk begins with a fixed-fee technical assessment, one to three days, producing a written findings document and a scoped fixed price for the build.
-
Fixed price for defined scope
Once the scope is known from your systems rather than from a conversation, the build is priced as a fixed figure, with the assumptions it depends on written down alongside it.
-
Monthly retainer for operations
Ongoing operational ownership runs on a monthly retainer against an agreed service level, so the cost of running a system is a number you can plan against.
