The engineers who do the work.

Every profile below states only what that person can evidence.

  • Minimum experience

    Five years per lead engineer

  • Who you deal with

The engineer, with no manager above them

    A cross-trained backup, named

A small bench, deliberately deep.

Ten specialists rather than a pyramid of generalists. The engineer who scopes your work delivers it, with a cross-trained backup so one person going on leave is not a project risk.

We add people the way we add scope.

A small bench is a deliberate choice, not a stage we are trying to grow out of. It is also the first thing a buyer should press on, so here is how it holds up and how it changes.

Depth before headcount

We add a specialist to a practice before we add another generalist to the bench. Each practice keeps a named lead and a cross-trained backup, so no engagement depends on one person being available.

Hired against real demand

We hire when a practice is consistently at capacity, not against a forecast or a funding round. That is why open roles are infrequent and specific rather than continuous.

The same bar, every time

Five or more years of production experience for any engineer leading work, direct client accountability, and no relationship-manager layer. A larger bench never means a lower bar.

You know who is on your engagement

Named engineers are agreed at scoping, not assigned afterwards. If the team on your work changes during delivery, you are told before it affects you.

If a practice you need is one we would have to hire into, we say so during the technical assessment rather than after you have signed.

The engineer who scopes your work delivers it.

No relationship-manager layer, and a cross-trained backup so one person going on leave is not a project risk. You are told who is on your engagement before it starts.
