# Solutions, eight engineering practices

Eight practices delivered by one senior bench: cloud architecture, AI systems, cybersecurity and GRC, data engineering, product engineering, managed services, technology advisory, and ERP and business systems.

Start from the problem rather than the category:

- The cloud bill grows every quarter and nobody can say which workload is responsible. That is Cloud Architecture.
- An AI prototype demos well, but nobody will sign off on putting it in front of customers. That is AI Systems Engineering.
- A customer security questionnaire arrived and you cannot answer half of it confidently. That is Cybersecurity and GRC.
- Two systems report different numbers for the same metric and nobody owns the definition. That is Data Engineering.
- The platform was built fast, and now every change breaks something somewhere else. That is Product Engineering.
- Your engineers spend more time firefighting production than building anything new. That is Managed Services.
- A large technology decision is due and the options on the table are not comparable. That is Technology Advisory.
- The ERP rollout stalled, or people quietly went back to running the process in spreadsheets. That is ERP and Business Systems.

How engagements run. It starts with a paid assessment: Anything carrying real technical risk begins with a fixed-fee technical assessment, one to three days, producing a written findings document and a scoped fixed price for the build. Fixed price for defined scope: Once the scope is known from your systems rather than from a conversation, the build is priced as a fixed figure, with the assumptions it depends on written down alongside it. Monthly retainer for operations: Ongoing operational ownership runs on a monthly retainer against an agreed service level, so the cost of running a system is a number you can plan against. No hourly meters running against unknowns.
