# Expandware Pakistan

Managed IT, managed security, cloud, data centers and networks for organizations in Pakistan, from a government certified facility.

Enterprise IT, built and run from Pakistan.

Pakistani enterprises are moving to the cloud under a national cloud first policy, modernizing data centers and branch networks, and answering to regulators who now expect cyber risk to be managed as carefully as credit risk. We are a Pakistani company working from a Special Technology Zone facility, and we deliver to the same standard here as for clients abroad.

Who you contract with: Expandware Private Limited, incorporated in Pakistan and certified as a Special Technology Zone Enterprise.

Hours: The delivery team works on Pakistan Standard Time, so engagements in Pakistan run entirely in local hours, and managed services are monitored around the clock.

Asked for first:
- Monitoring and network operations: Networks, servers and cloud estates watched around the clock, with a named engineer on escalation.
- 24/7 SOC and MDR: Detection and response for banks, telecoms and enterprises answering to their regulators.
- Cloud strategy and migration: Migrations sequenced under the Cloud First Policy, with data classified before it moves.
- Data center design and build: Server rooms and data halls designed around power quality and cooling as they really are.
- Enterprise LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi: Branch and campus networks rebuilt for resilience across multiple carriers.
- ERP and business systems: ERP and business systems implemented around how your teams actually work.

What Pakistani buyers are usually held to.
- Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016: The national cybercrime law, as amended in 2025.
- State Bank of Pakistan technology and cloud frameworks: Banks and financial institutions, including technology risk management and outsourcing to cloud providers.
- SECP requirements: Listed companies, insurers and non-bank financial companies regulated by the SECP.
- Pakistan Cloud First Policy: Public sector organizations moving to cloud services, with data classified first.
- PTA regulations: Licensed telecom operators and their critical infrastructure.
- Personal Data Protection Bill: Proposed national data protection law, which we design toward ahead of enactment.

How data moves: Delivery for clients in Pakistan happens in Pakistan. Data stays in the environments you own, and the delivery facility operates under the security framework the Special Technology Zones Authority requires.

Questions:

Q: Which company would we contract with?
A: Expandware Private Limited, SECP Corporate Unique Identification Number 0351555, certified as a Special Technology Zone Enterprise. The registration can be checked with the SECP directly.

Q: Do you work with banks under State Bank of Pakistan rules?
A: Yes. We design and operate infrastructure, security monitoring and cloud services with the State Bank technology risk and cloud outsourcing frameworks as requirements, and we prepare the documentation those frameworks expect a bank to hold.

Q: Can you build and run a data center or server room?
A: Yes. We design the room around real power quality and cooling, integrate the racks, cable and label to a standard, and can operate it afterwards under a monitored service.

Q: Can we reach you on WhatsApp?
A: Yes. The WhatsApp number is the same as the phone line, and an engineer replies. Formal requests and anything sensitive still go through email, so there is a record.
